Missed Lessons Policy

Fees for missed lessons WILL NOT BE REFUNDED or PRO-RATED.

Replacement Classes:

Replacement classes are valid only until 31 October of the same year.

Replacements are available only for students who miss lessons due to:

• Medical reasons
• Travel
• School activities (with documentation)

All other reasons are subject to management approval.

Replacement classes depend on the availability of time slots and seats. A minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice is required to qualify for a replacement.

Format of Replacement Classes:

Replacement lessons may be conducted via Zoom, in-person, or provided as recorded sessions.

Replacement lessons may not cover the exact same content as the original scheduled lesson.

Fees and Payment Policy:

Term Payment: Fees are due one (1) month before the start of the next term.

Monthly Payment: Fees are due one (1) week before the start of the month. If there is a 5th lesson in the month, the fee for that lesson will be prorated.

If fees remain unpaid for more than one (1) month, LevelUp Education reserves the right to request that the student discontinue lessons.

Withdrawal

There will be NO REFUND for any unused lessons upon withdrawal. Parents must notify the Centre Manager at least one (1) week in advance before withdrawing.

The last lesson will be the final lesson of the current academic month or term.

Extra Lessons (Primary 5 & PSLE Students) Additional lessons are available for:

PSLE students during August and September

Primary 5 students during October

Attendance for these lessons is strongly encouraged to aid exam preparation.

 Extra lessons are chargeable.

Safety of Students 

LevelUp Education is responsible for supervising students only during class hours. LevelUp cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions from food or drinks consumed on the premises.

LevelUp takes no responsibility for students outside of class sessions.

All costs incurred from damage, injury, loss, expenses, or liabilities will be borne by the student’s parents/guardians.

Tutors may be changed without prior notice.

Classes may be changed or cancelled at any time.

Classes may be arranged to morning sessions during public holidays.

Teachers will manage disruptive classroom behavior through the following:

Staying back after class for up to 15 minutes.

Cancelling break, claims, or spin wheel privileges.

Testimonial Release

By enrolling, parents permit LevelUp to use testimonials and photos of their child on its website and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
