1. Course Fees

1.1. All fees paid to LevelUp Education Centre are strictly non-refundable. This includes registration fees, deposits, materials fees and any fees paid in advance.

1.2. Fees are not refundable for lessons that a student does not attend.

2. Withdrawal

2.1. If you wish to withdraw your child from a course, please let us know at contact@leveluptuition.sg. Fees already paid remain non-refundable.
