Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering your child for the LevelUp Minecraft Party. By completing the registration for your child, you, as the Parent/Guardian, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your child.

1. Eligibility & Registration:
a. This event is open to students currently in Primary 4 to Primary 6 (P4-P6).
b. Registration is required via the provided online registration form. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
c. By registering, you confirm that your child meets the age eligibility criteria.

2. Nature of Event & Supervision – VERY IMPORTANT:
a. The LevelUp Minecraft Party is designed as a social event with various activities planned primarily within the designated indoor areas of the LevelUp Tuition Centre.
b. LevelUp staff and volunteers will be present within these designated indoor areas of the Venue to facilitate activities and provide general oversight.
c. Acknowledgement of “Come and Go” Environment: You understand and acknowledge that this event has a “come and go” nature. Participants, including your child, may choose to:
i. Move between designated indoor party areas and the immediate outdoor area adjacent to the Venue (e.g., for playing soccer).
ii. Temporarily leave the Venue and its immediate surroundings during the event hours.
d. Supervision Boundaries: Direct supervision by LevelUp staff is strictly limited to the designated indoor party areas within the LevelUp Tuition Centre. LevelUp staff will not accompany or supervise children who choose to leave these designated indoor areas, including (but not limited to) when they are in the outdoor soccer area, visiting shops, or at friends’ houses.
e. Parental Responsibility:
i. It is your sole responsibility as the Parent/Guardian to discuss appropriate boundaries, safety precautions (including road safety if leaving the premises), and responsible behaviour with your child before the event, particularly regarding leaving the supervised Venue areas.
ii. You are responsible for deciding if this “come and go” event format is suitable for your child’s age, maturity, and independence level.
iii. LevelUp is not responsible for ensuring your child remains within the Venue or for their safety, actions, or whereabouts once they leave the designated supervised indoor areas of the LevelUp Tuition Centre.
f. No Obligation to Restrain or Track: While LevelUp staff may encourage children to participate in activities within the Venue, they are not responsible for, nor will they physically restrain, children who choose to leave the supervised areas. LevelUp will not be actively tracking the whereabouts of children who have left the supervised indoor areas.

3. Code of Conduct:
a. All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards LevelUp staff, volunteers, and other attendees.
b. Bullying, disruptive behaviour, or damage to property will not be tolerated.
c. LevelUp reserves the right to ask any participant engaging in unacceptable behaviour to leave the event, and parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up. No further supervision will be provided for that child from that point.

4. Health, Safety & Medical:
a. Please inform LevelUp of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs your child has at the time of registration. While we will note this information, due to the “come and go” nature and food being served, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or cater to all specific dietary needs beyond what is generally provided.
b. In case of a minor injury occurring within the supervised indoor areas, basic first aid may be administered by LevelUp staff.
c. In the event of a medical emergency (whether inside or outside the supervised areas, if LevelUp is made aware), LevelUp will attempt to contact the Parent/Guardian using the details provided. If unreachable, you authorize LevelUp to seek appropriate medical attention for your child. All medical expenses incurred will be your responsibility.

5. Photography and Videography:
a. Photographs and videos may be taken during the event by LevelUp staff or designated photographers.
b. These images/videos may be used by LevelUp for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website, future event flyers) without further consent or compensation.

6. Food and Refreshments:
a. Food and drinks will be provided as part of the party. If your child has specific dietary restrictions beyond common allergies noted, please consider providing them with their own snacks.

7. Personal Belongings:
a. LevelUp is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of participants. Participants are encouraged not to bring valuable items.

8. Liability and Disclaimer:

b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself and your child, agree to waive any and all claims against LevelUp Tuition, its owners, employees, volunteers, and agents for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property that your child may sustain:
i. While participating in activities within the designated supervised indoor areas of the Venue.
ii. Especially, and without limitation, when your child has voluntarily left the designated supervised indoor areas of the LevelUp Tuition Centre, regardless of their destination or activity.
c. You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with social gatherings and activities, including those undertaken by your child outside the direct supervision of LevelUp staff as per the “come and go” nature of this event.

9. Event Cancellation or Changes:
a. LevelUp reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the event (e.g., activities, timing) due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient registrations, staff illness, government advisories). Registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.

10. Agreement:
a. By completing the registration for the LevelUp Party, you, the Parent/Guardian, confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all the Terms & Conditions outlined above, and that you have explained any relevant rules or expectations to your child.
b. You confirm that you are the legal Parent/Guardian of the child being registered and have the authority to make these agreements on their behalf.
